Do you spend more time on the couch than in the kitchen? If you want to eat well, look good, and feel great, you must adopt a healthy lifestyle. One supplement and a gym membership will not cut it. One of the easiest, least expensive ways to improve your health is by spending less time on the couch and more time in the kitchen!
Now some may be thinking, my problem is the kitchen, but I would have to disagree. The problem may be what is in your kitchen, but it is not your kitchen itself. You need to learn to use your kitchen as a solid foundation for a healthy lifestyle. It is also the #1 place your children will learn about food and nutrition.
So what keeps you from cooking? Time? Dishes? Inexperience? Are you overwhelmed by the challenge of planning and coming up with new ideas? Cook Smarts has done the work for you. It provides healthy, cost effective, step by step instructions at the cost of less than one meal out per month. Stop making excuses and start spending more time in the kitchen. You will thank me later.
It is national kale day! Happy national kale day!! How do you eat kale? My sister adds kale to anything it seems. She somehow makes it taste delicious. I, on the other hand, am not a huge kale fan. For one, I don't like to jump on food trends but also the thick texture of kale is just not my fav. I do have one way that I really do enjoy kale and this is not a paid post, it is just my preferred way to consume this green.
The bagged kale chopped salad. When I want a really crunchy, satisfying salad, this is the way to go. A great lunch idea. If you, like me, are not yet crazy over kale, try the chopped salad. For the rest of you kale crazies, celebrate, today is your day!!
