Nutrition Counseling
Initial Session $110
The initial one hour session consists of obtaining information about you including medical history, social history, diet recall, food preferences, exercise regimen, and eating habits. You work with the registered dietitian to develop a plan to reach your health goals. This first session will include developing your meal plan and exercise routine. Each session is unique to the client and their needs.
Follow Up Sessions $50
The follow up sessions last for 20-30 minutes and allow you to continue to reach your goals. Encouragement and accountability help you achieve your goals. We review your plan and make needed adjustments. Nutrition education is a vital component of the follow up visits. Bring your questions and any confusion. This session is about you and your goals. I provide the support, knowledge, and motivation that you need to reach your personal goals.
Insurance Accepted
Call 336.692.3045 to find out if your insurance will cover nutrition counseling. Many insurance companies offer nutrition counseling as a wellness benefit and require either no copay or minimal copay per visit! Get the most out of your health insurance.
